Application for Academic Year 2008/2009

School

Enrollment is open to children ages 6*-18. Each child must have some familiarity with the Swedish language and an adult (parent, guardian, or other) who has regular contact with the child and who is fluent in the Swedish language. The adult must assist in the classroom on a rotating basis. The school is a parent cooperative run by a board of volunteers. Parent participation is essential. Therefore by enrolling your child you also agree to attend the parent meeting scheduled for Monday October 20, 2008 at 7:00PM.

To enroll, please submit one application form, one medical information form and one parents agreement form per student along with the tuition amount.

Applications must be received by June 15, 2008.

*(The student must have his/her 6th birthday during the school year.)
